Join us for a virtual discussion with two leaders from the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), Richard Howitt and Bob Laux to:

  • Learn about the international <IR> movement which empowers organizations to think, plan and report the story of their business including financial, human, social and environmental capitals.
  • Hear from Richard and Bob about the progress being made in the integrated reporting movement in the U.S. and internationally
  • Discuss with them and other participants where we go from here
Bring your questions, concerns and ideas to help us advance this movement together!

(Note: we are hosting a luncheon earlier that day in Boston. This event is for those who can't make that lunch. Hope to see you at one or the other!)

Our guests:

Richard Howitt, IIRC CEO

Richard is spearheading the adoption of Integrated Reporting globally and is a major thought-leader in international debates on good corporate governance, shifting investment to the long-term and inclusive capitalism. Richard served as an elected Member of the European Parliament for over twenty years and was rapporteur on corporate responsibility. In this capacity, he was key architect of the EU’s non-financial information directive. He has been involved with the IIRC since its inception.

Bob Laux, IIRC U.S. Lead

Bob’s focus in this role is ensuring the promotion, adoption and support for Integrated Reporting in the USA – encompassing awareness-raising, advocacy, focused engagement and providing oversight and support on all IIRC region-specific activities. Bob previously held senior accounting roles at Microsoft, FASB and General Motors. During his time at Microsoft, Bob was an early participant in the IIRC.
